Relax Under Pressure – Meditation | Virtual

This relaxation meditation will focus on three ways to relax under pressure, including calm breathing, relaxing tense muscles, and calming your thoughts. The practice will begin with a short introduction to the benefits of meditation for relaxation, followed by a 20-minute guided meditation.
