Fall Back Into Health by Joining Us Outdoors – Flow Yoga (BAH)

An event every week that begins at 12:10 pm on Friday, repeating until October 31, 2020

This October, Workplace Wellness is launching outdoor fitness classes for you to try out. Take a healthy break out of your day, get some fresh air and incorporate physical well-being into your daily routine to keep you feeling well and energetic.

Location: Labyrinth (outdoors but sheltered from the elements), Main Floor, Bridgepoint Active Healthcare

Discover making a positive impact on your overall well-being by trying out a class to help you flourish in the workplace!

Reminder: Please remember to bring your own mat, mask, water bottle and wear comfortable clothing – limit of up to 24 participants in each session and all participants will be required to be 6 feet apart. Classes are drop-in for Sinai Health employees, physicians, scientists and learners but you can also register by contacting [email protected].
