Gentle Yoga

This morning practice is a flow-based practice to help prepare you for the day ahead. Lots of stretching with accessible poses that transition and build upon one another to help wake the body up. No props are needed for the class but if you would like to add some cushioning for knees, have a blanket or towel nearby.
