Healthy Ageing 101 – Social isolation and older adults: Getting older and coping with ageing

Healthy Ageing 101 is a free, virtual health education series open to all, hosted by the Healthy Ageing & Geriatrics Program. Every month, September through June, a new health topic related to healthy ageing is discussed. During the one hour session, attendees will hear from an expert speaker and have the opportunity to participate in a 30 minute question and answer session.

Sessions are hosted through ZOOM, offered with Closed Captioning, and Recorded.

For our May edition, Dr. Andrew Wister from Simon Fraser University will be presenting on social isolation and older adults. Come With A Friend.
