Indigenous Cooking Demonstration – Three Sisters Soup | Virtual

Join us for a virtual cooking demonstration celebrating Indigenous cuisine! In this interactive event, you will have the opportunity to learn about traditional Indigenous cooking techniques and ingredients directly from a knowledgeable Indigenous chef. You’ll watch as Nawatiin Kwe prepares three sisters soup – a delicious soup made with corn, squash and beans – and have the chance to ask questions and engage with the process.
