Meditation – Self-compassion | Virtual

This guided meditation begins with a brief overview on self-compassion and self-care within meditation and mindfulness practices. Participants will then be guided through a 20-minute practice that combines mindful breathing with a ‘loving-kindness’ meditation. The session will close with a few minutes of silent meditation.
All are welcome, including those new to meditation.
