Diversity, Inclusion & Wellness is offering an on-site Mindfulness Retreat
Create new knowledge and embrace learning; discovering yourself at a deeper level by doing some intensive work.
This innovative one day mindfulness-based course features a gentle, emotionally-friendly and psychologically-minded form of mindfulness called Re-collective Awareness Meditation. This approach encourages openness towards, and reflection on our patterns of thought and feeling.
Our commitment through our Sinai Health People Plan is to support our people in workplace psychological well-being; this program is designed to build your capacity and resilience to contribute to living your best.
Available to all our people at no cost and will be held on-site, please note space is limited.
