A soothing practice to leave you calm, clear-headed and relaxed to help the body and mind prepare for a restful sleep. Some stretching to help relieve sensations of tension along with some longer held poses (between 3-7 minutes) and breath work will all help you ease into a more calm and relaxed state. Have some blankets, pillows, rolled up towels or yoga props if you have them available for this class.
