Science of Care Institute: Care Arts: Tree of Life

Tree of Life
Explore your identity! This group will provide an opportunity for participants to begin to discover (or rediscover) different aspects of themselves in this workshop using a tree as a metaphor for one’s life story. Participants will use various art supplies to create an art piece that recounts their life story and challenges in the imagery of a tree including all its parts such as the roots, trunk, branches, and leaves.
