Slow Flow and Deep Stretch

August 30 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Let’s move slowly and intentionally and experience how poses feel in the body. This class starts off with a slow flow where poses transition into one another followed by a yin practice where we hold poses for a longer period of time. Have a strap, blanket or towel, pillows or similar house hold items for this practice. But if you’re not working with any props, options will be available. Suitable for all levels.
