Stretch & Meditation

An event every week that begins at 1:30 pm on Monday, repeating until June 28, 2021
This class will start with some simple stretches to help relieve tension, followed by some breath work to help calm the nervous system. It will end with some time for quiet reflection and meditation. Find a quiet and safe space where you can take a comfortable seated position. All levels welcome.
