Triple Sweat – no equipment

For the ultimate sweat session, utilize three modalities in one class. You’ll crush cardio, HIIT and yoga for full-body, well-balanced and limit-pushing workout. What you’ll need: A yoga mat and water. Optional: Free weights and towel.
