Yin yoga is a practice that gives you time to revitalize and recharge in stillness while also rejuvenating the hard-working connective tissue in deeper held stretches. Participants decide how deep the stretch is by either using props for additional support or finding their edge and backing off slightly so that they can hold the pose for time (usually held for 2-5 minutes). If you have blankets, pillows, rolled up towels or yoga props, bring them along for the practice. Options for poses will be offered without any props as well.
