Access Control

As the COVID-19 situation evolves, a key principle of our planning and preparedness is ensuring the safety and well-being of our people and our patients.

The following practices for access control are now in place at Bridgepoint Active Healthcare for our people:

  • Pedestrian access will be through the Main Entrance off Broadview Ave. for employees, physicians and learners (with ID badge). The exterior doors to the Administration Building will be closed.
  • There will be controls at the top of the parking ramp to monitor access into the parking garage. Please be ready to show your ID badge and give yourself extra time.
  • Visitors, patients and any vendors/contractors (without ID badge) will be directed to access the building through the Ambulatory Care Entrance or through parking.

While we will make every effort to expedite entry to the building, we ask for your patience patience and understanding as we pilot our screening processes over the course of the next few weeks.

Daily Checklist

When coming to work, please consider the following:

Ensure you have your ID badge with you.

Plan for extra time to enter the building, especially at peak periods like shift change.

When you arrive, you will be asked to confirm that you are symptom free before you enter the building.

Consider bringing your lunch as you will need to be screened before each entry.

Have your manager’s contact information handy.

If you are feeling unwell, please review these instructions.
