Mindful Yoga

Join this live session for the opportunity to incorporate 45 minutes of Mindful Yoga into your day. This practice, which offers benefits for physical and mental wellness, provides providing time to breathe, connect, focus and reset. This yoga session will be approximately as follows: intro breathing and mindfulness, postures and movement focusing on mind-body health and a final relaxation meditation. Yoga Flow

A 60-minute flow style class suitable for all levels that focuses on movement and balance. Classes are prop free but if you have some blocks and a strap or household items that could be used in a similar way, have them handy. Suitable for all levels.
