MBA Interns Ethan Ruderman, Joëlle Lavoie, Umair Haider and Jerico Espinas
Last week Jerico Espinas, Umair Haider, Joëlle Lavoie and Ethan Ruderman wrapped up their four months as our MBA summer internship students with presentations to a group of Sinai Health System leaders, including our executive team.
The four students were chosen from hundreds of applicants. They were then matched with executive mentors and had the opportunity to work with employees, physicians and leaders on strategic projects across Sinai Health. Each student worked on four projects over the summer, applying their business expertise to many different areas of the organization, from clinical and operational processes to patient and caregiver engagement.
The program has been running every summer for over 10 years and is delivered through a collaborative effort of the departments of Workforce Planning, Strategy and External Relations, and Organizational Development and People Engagement.
