Michael Liebrock

Managing Director, The Stronach Group

Michael Liebrock is Managing Director at The Stronach Group, a diversified private investment company with leading businesses in racing and gaming, technology, entertainment, and real estate development. He has extensive experience in capital deployment, asset management, and strategic advisory across complex organizations.

Previously, Michael co-founded both a private merchant bank and a TSX-listed asset manager, and earlier worked with The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), leading major mergers, transformations, and transactional mandates. He began his career in public policy, supporting senior elected officials in the Government of Canada and the Government of Ontario.

Michael is an active community leader and dedicated volunteer with several philanthropic and political organizations. He holds an MBA from Ivey Business School, a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Toronto, and a BA from Western University.
