Andrew Phillips

Andrew is responsible for senior client relationships at TD Securities, in addition to the firm’s Global Real Estate corporate & investment banking franchise.

He began his career at TD in 1985 and has held progressively more senior roles at TD Securities in the areas of corporate & investment banking during that time.

Andrew has acted as lead financial advisor to the managements, boards and independent committees on some of the largest real estate transactions in North America and Europe for clients such as, Bombardier, Brookfield, Cadillac Fairview, Choice Properties, the Dream Group, GIC, HOOP, Hudson’s Bay Company, ING Group, Ivanhoe Cambridge, Kingsett Capital, Minto, Oxford, Quadreal and Ventas.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto and serves on the Board of Directors of the Toronto Symphony Orchestra, TD Securities Inc., and the Advisory Board for Kingsett Capital.
