Justine Deluce Wiley is a seasoned leader in the luxury real estate sector, with over 20 years of experience spanning high-performance sales and executive management. Known for her strategic insight, discretion, and commitment to service, she has built enduring relationships with a discerning clientele and earned the respect of peers across the industry.

From 2003 to 2015, Justine held senior leadership roles at Chestnut Park Real Estate Limited in Toronto, including Chief Operating Officer and Broker of Record. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in the firm’s growth, operational advancement, and brand elevation. Today, she brings this unique blend of executive acumen and market expertise to her advisory practice.

An engaged community advocate, Justine is committed to initiatives that advance women’s health equity and promote business inclusion. She has served on the Board of Directors of Toronto’s Power Plant Contemporary Art Gallery and the Global Affiliate Advisory Board of Christie’s International Real Estate, representing Canada.

Justine holds a BA from the University of Western Ontario, an MBA from the University of Edinburgh, and the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
