Mark Davis

Mark Davis has broad experience as a Board Member of public and private entities, providing significant strategic and value creation input while supporting proper and efficient corporate governance.   

In 2001, Mark was instrumental in the formation of Chemtrade Logistics Income Fund (TSX: CHE.UN), a publicly listed chemical company where he served as President and Chief Executive Officer until his retirement in 2021. His extensive executive leadership experience allowed him to effectively manage teams responsible for multiple operating sites and worldwide sales, establishing a successful record of growth, diversification, leadership and team building.  

Mark’s knowledge of mergers and acquisitions, financing issues, structures and capital markets helped him substantially grow Chemtrade’s business portfolio and organizational capabilities during his tenure. He also participated in numerous equity and debt financing transactions. 

Mark has also served as a Board Member of LEAP | Pecaut Centre for Social Impact, and as a Board Member of the National Ballet of Canada. He is also a long-term supporter of the Toronto Foundation and United Way.
