2026 UNFINISHED Backyard Ultra Series

When you register for the UNFINISHED Backyard Ultra Series, you can choose to fundraise for Sinai Health Foundation and help advance patient care, innovation, education and discovery across the organization.

Set along the waterfront at Woodbine Beach, the UNFINISHED Backyard Ultra Series is an athletic event built on endurance, resilience and community. Designed around the Backyard Ultra format, participants complete repeated 6.71 km loops, known as “yards,” challenging themselves to go further with every round.

Unlike traditional races with fixed distances, UNFINISHED allows participants to choose their own challenge through multiple event formats, including Backyard Ultra (Solo or Team), Endurance (Solo or Team Relay), and the Sunshine Yard. 

Whether you are pushing your limits or participating alongside friends, the event is rooted in determination, camaraderie and personal achievement.

Getting started is easy:
1.    Register for the UNFINISHED Backyard Ultra Series 
2.    Select Sinai Health Foundation as your charity of choice 
3.    Create your fundraising page and invite your friends and family to support your run
