Mental Health First Aid Two-Day Certification Course | In-Person

The Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course empowers you to assist colleagues, friends, and family members experiencing mental health challenges. With mental health concerns affecting 1 in 3 Canadians at some point in their lives, this training is an invaluable asset for anyone seeking to make a positive impact. You will gain evidence-based knowledge and skills to recognize signs of mental health issues and respond appropriately. You will strengthen your skills in de-escalation and be able to connect individuals with the supports they need. Join us and become a beacon of support in your community.

This is a two-day, in-person course, certified by the Mental Health Commission of Canada. It will be held on November 18 and November 25, 2023, from 8:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Attendance on both days is necessary to obtain a certificate.
