Mobile Arts and Wellness Studio: Unity and Uniqueness Weaving Workshop | Hennick Bridgepoint

Sinai Health’s Science of Care Institute is back this month with students from the Toronto Art Therapy Institute (TATI) to bring free art therapy designed to support wellness for our people. No experience is required. All materials will be provided with the option to bring them home with you.

This project is made available through generous funding from the inaugural donors of our Centre for Nursing Excellence at Sinai Health.

The arts workshops/lessons offered by the Mobile Arts and Wellness Studio is a creative learning opportunity for people to engage in visual arts making. In these 1.5-hour workshops, you will celebrate your own individual uniqueness as well as our unity through weaving. We will go over the mindful qualities of weaving and learn how to create a small round weaving using embroidery hoops, yarn and other art materials provided. Take a creative break and experience the joy of community with us!
