From Bedrock to Bloom
Explore mindfulness and self-nourishing in this two-hour workshop. Using a variety of art materials and natural items (provided), we’ll dig into the metaphor of gardening. First, we’ll explore what depletes you, then look at strategies that can help you stay resilient and thrive. Each participant will create a small planter to take home.
