The arts workshops/lessons offered by the Mobile Arts and Wellness Studio is a creative learning opportunity for people to engage in visual arts making. In this one-hour workshop, you will create a plush toy based on your own “compassionate companion.” At times, we can be very critical and harsh on ourselves — using art materials, we will explore our inner cheerleaders and create a “compassionate companion” equipped to stand up to our inner critic.
