Meditation: Progressive Muscle Relaxation | Virtual

This guided meditation focuses on physical relaxation for the mind and body, through the meditative technique of Progressive Muscle Relaxation. It begins with a short intro on the benefits of awareness, relaxation and grounding for body tension and stress, as well as tips for practice. Participants will be taken through a 25-minute Progressive Muscle Relaxation practice.
