Guided Meditation: Self-compassion | Virtual

This session will begin with a brief overview on self-compassion and self-care within meditation and mindfulness practices. Participants will then be guided through a 20-minute practice which combines mindful breathing with a ‘loving-kindness’ meditation. We will close with a few minutes of silent meditation. All are welcome to participate.
