Chair Yoga | Virtual

Chair Yoga focuses on postures and practices that are beneficial for individuals who sit for longer periods of time. The session will provide an opportunity to reduce tension and stress, while promoting mental and physical wellness. This practice combines breathing, movement, postures, mindfulness and relaxation.
