Short and sweet, this Tabata-style class is energizing while elevating our heart rate. In this High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) class, we pack a ton of work into a short session, making the class more effective, quick and engaging than time on the treadmill. The class is divided into work and rest intervals.
