Meditation – Self-compassion | Virtual

This guided meditation focuses on being kinder and gentler to ourselves. It aims to increase positive feelings towards one’s worth and value, and to decrease feelings of self-doubt and negativity. The meditation combines mindfulness, positive affirmations and breathing centred on self-care and compassion. Participants will leave this meditation with increased feelings of self-confidence and positivity.
