Meditation for Reducing Stress | Virtual

This guided meditation will begin with an overview on meditation as a beneficial resource to increase calmness and reduce stress, along with tips for practice. Participants will then be taken through a 20-minute guided practice focusing on mental and physical relaxation techniques, including breathing, relaxing tense muscles and calming your thoughts.
