Running Effective Meetings Workshop

The amount of time people spend in meetings can be staggering and, when these meetings are not facilitated effectively, they can become a source of aggravation. There are steps that can be taken, however, to maximize participation and conduct efficient, productive meetings. This training session utilizes a variety of interactive exercises designed to assist you in planning and facilitating successful meetings with internal and external personnel.
