Yoga and Expressive Art for Release and Renewal | Virtual

Engage in mindfulness, meditation and yoga flows. Through expressive movement and art, experience stress release and enhanced mind-body connection – not to mention improved flexibility, balance and coordination! For the expressive art portion, you’ll need a pencil and blank paper. This session focuses on self-expression, self-awareness, and renewal through art-making.
