New Year’s Meditation – Intention Setting | Virtual

This session will begin with an introduction about mindfully moving into a new year, with tips for setting intentions. Participants will then be guided through a 20-minute New Year’s Meditation focusing on reflection, self-awareness and personal goals and aspirations for the coming year.
