Erez Eizenman

Erez is a Senior Partner of McKinsey & Company, and the Technology global people leader. He is a leader in their Digital and Analytics practice with a focus on financial services and the public sector. Erez also leads the McKinsey-SAP alliance in North America.

Erez has extensive experience serving financial, public sector, high tech, and telecom institutions with a focus on digitization, agile, technology transformation, and technology enablement to drive efficiency and effectiveness in enterprise environments.

Erez is a graduate of the University of Toronto, where he obtained an Engineering degree, and the Rotman School of Management in Toronto, where he finished first in his MBA class. Erez joined McKinsey in 2008, after working as a software developer creating custom business solutions and starting a new venture to increase marketing effectiveness through the use of eye-tracking technology.
