Like most websites, Sinai Health uses cookies to help enhance and optimize a user’s experience. We will not use your email address and personal information for other purposes unless you expressly consent.

The data you submit is temporarily stored within our content management system and is emailed to the respective form owner. Only those Sinai Health personnel who need to respond will have access to the personal information you provide. 

Information about Your Website Visit

In order to improve the experience on our Websites and better serve our users’ needs, Sinai Health routinely gathers non-identifiable data on its web properties and mobile applications, such as the number of visits to web properties, how long the visits last, where the visitor came from, on what device and where visitors scrolled or clicked. Sinai Health does not sell, rent or trade personal information about the users of our Websites. 

Sinai Health Foundation 

Sinai Health may share website analytics data and cookie data with the Sinai Health Foundation. Personal information is not included in the analytics data that the Foundation has access to. Any information submitted through an online form is also not provided to the Foundation.

Sinai Health is committed to protecting the privacy of the clients we serve, while maintaining our accountability to the public through openness and transparency. We accomplish this by complying with the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) 2004, and the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA), which includes an individual’s legal rights relating to their personal information.
