Overview

Dr. Gabriella Jacob is a staff geriatrician at Sinai Health and the University Health Network (UHN). Her clinical work focuses on geriatric care in the inpatient, rehabilitation and outpatient settings.

Dr. Jacob received her medical degree from the University of Toronto (U of T) and completed specialty training in internal medicine at Western University. She then returned to U of T for subspecialty training in geriatric medicine and holds a Master of Science in Quality Improvement and Patient Safety.
Her scholarly interests include perioperative care and medication prescribing in older adults.
