Sarah Goodman
Sarah Goodman MSW, RSW, PMH-C is a Registered Social Worker in the Perinatal Mental Health Program at the Family Health Team supporting those trying to conceive, navigating pregnancy loss, fertility challenges, pregnancy and the first year postpartum. Sarah graduated Master of Social Work at Yeshiva University in New York and is Certified in Perinatal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International.
Sarah provides individual therapy to caregivers struggling with the journey and transition to parenthood, mood and anxiety disorders, traumatic life events and relationship difficulties. She also co-facilitates the Postpartum Support Group and Group Prenatal Care sessions related to emotion regulation and postpartum mental health planning.
