Remote Citrix access (NEW!)

As of October 1, 2024, all residents, fellows, employees, and HBH and MSH physicians will use the hospital’s multi-factor authentication system to access the Citrix environment.

Remote Citrix Access with MFA

Note: Existing remote access users should continue to use their current process to access the Citrix environment. Additional communication and instructions will be provided to users in advance of their transition to the new Citrix environment.
