Overview

Ravianne is currently a Clinical Research Coordinator II at Mount Sinai Hospital, specializing in orthopaedic surgery research with a focus on hip and knee arthroplasty. With a background in managing multi-site randomized controlled trials and international registries, Ravianne brings extensive experience in regulatory submissions, patient engagement and data integrity. Her research interests include health equity and understanding how various social determinants of health influence patient outcomes across surgical and neurological populations. She is particularly passionate about leveraging research to inform inclusive, evidence-based care models.

Previously, she led the coordination of the International Pediatric Stroke Study (IPSS) at the lead site, The Hospital for Sick Children. This supported global research collaborations and facilitated data quality initiatives. Ravianne is passionate about improving patient outcomes through evidence-based research, mentorship and operational excellence in clinical trials.
