Dr. Yasna Mehdian

Dr. Yasna Mehdian is a family physician with the Mount Sinai Academic Family Health Team, where he provides comprehensive primary care. He completed both his undergraduate degree in health sciences and medical school at McMaster University, followed by his family medicine residency at the University of Toronto (U of T), based at Mount Sinai Hospital.

Dr. Mehdian is currently pursuing a master’s degree in community health at U of T, with a focus on health practitioner teacher education. He is passionate about clinical teaching and is committed to fostering early interest in family medicine among medical students. He serves in an academic leadership role as the undergraduate program director for family medicine at Mount Sinai.
