Recruitment scam alert
Fraudulent communications are circulating from individuals or organizations falsely claiming to represent Sinai Health, Mount Sinai Hospital and/or Hennick Bridgepoint Hospital.
These scams may appear as:
- Fake job postings or recruitment emails
- Fraudulent job offers
- Messages claiming to assist with immigration or employment in Canada
These communications may ask you to pay fees or share personal information, such as your passport details, date of birth or other sensitive information, as part of a supposed hiring process.
Please be advised:
- Sinai Health does not charge any fees at any stage of the recruitment or hiring process
- Sinai Health does not ask for sensitive personal information, such as passport or financial information, before a formal hiring process begins
- All official Sinai Health job postings appear on our official careers website and authorized recruitment platforms
- Sinai Health contacts job seekers only from official @sinaihealth.ca email addresses
- We never use Gmail, Yahoo or other personal email services to contact applicants
Any message asking for payment or personal information in exchange for a job at Sinai Health is fraudulent.
If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from Sinai Health, report it to your local authorities or the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre.
