Session Topic: QI Study Design and Evaluation Methods 

Join us virtually on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, for an in-depth session led by Dr. Christine Soong, MD, MSc, CCFP — Medical Director of Quality & Safety and Division Head of Hospital Medicine at Sinai Health, and Vice-Chair, Quality & Innovation in the Department of Medicine, University of Toronto. In this session, Dr. Soong will review the differences between Quality Improvement (QI) reports and QI research, describe common QI research study designs and methods, and discuss manuscript writing strategies that can help increase the likelihood of publication success. The session will focus on practical considerations for strengthening the rigor and evaluation of QI work.
