Sinai Health’s Workplace Wellness offerings aim to optimize the health and well-being of our employees, physicians, scientists and learners.
We strive to deliver a vast range of high-quality, needs-driven, inclusive well-being initiatives that help foster resilience so we can provide quality, compassionate care to our patients and their families.
Employee and Family Assistance Program
Homewood Health is a voluntary, confidential, short-term counselling service that provides support for all mental health needs. Services range from personal guidance, family assistance and resources for managing complex issues to enhance well-being and resilience.
This program is available to eligible employees, physicians, dentists, midwives, and their immediate dependents at no additional cost.
It is available 24 hours a day / 365 days a year by:

Workplace Wellness offerings and highlights
Sinai Health is committed to our people’s mental health through a selection of mental health training programs and resources.
Our people also have access to virtual and on-site physical activities throughout the calendar year, including:
- Yoga
- Pilates
- Functional conditioning and training
- Core yoga
- Boot camp
- Latin dance
- Walking and running programs
We put out a yearly calendar of wellness events and programs based on various health promotion days.
