This experimental, hands-on workshop is a collective space for individual reflection—an alternative to mindfulness meditation that uses sensory experiences to ground us in our bodies.

Ideal for those who enjoy journaling independently while surrounded by others, the session includes guided journaling prompts, a creative self-care activity using a natural exfoliation scrub and shea butter moisturizer, and time to explore personal expression. All materials are provided, including a notebook and pen (feel free to bring your own).

Please wear comfortable clothing with sleeves you can roll up.

Facilitated by Celeste Cole from Sustainable Junction Triangle.

Thank you for your interest. We've reached full capacity and registration is now closed. We hope to see you at a future event.
