The People Equity Dialogues will bring us together for facilitated and collaborative discussions on specific topics to help shape our priorities and actions.
The goal is to ensure that our people equity work is informed by the insights of our people.
The inaugural sessions will take place in January 2026 and focus on advancing commitments from our updated Anti-Racism Action Plan.
Sessions are open to all Sinai Health employees, physicians, scientists, learners and volunteers.
