“The PACU team is an inspiring unit that always goes above and beyond to give back! Last year we focused on warm clothes for Toronto’s Out of the Cold program, recognizing the impacts COVID-19 had on our shelter system. This year we have selected Fred Victor charitable organization for our PACU Gives Back drive. We have chosen them, as this is one of the few shelter systems in Toronto that allows the pets of those needing shelter to join them. We have also chosen them as this organization also has programs supporting harm reduction, health care services, 2SLGBTQ+, food access services, job training and counseling. We are excited to give back!”
