“A shoutout to Dr. Jasmine Multani one of Mount Sinai Hospital’s recent Family Medicine graduates who has been leading pop-up and outreach vaccination initiatives. She has been instrumental in coordinating the vaccination of our homebound patients as well as our community outreach through large pop-up clinics in hotspot areas. Her hard work and dedication has contributed significantly to the vaccination of over 20,000 people.”
