For the holiday season, we’re inviting teams across Sinai Health to share about holiday giving. Whether you’re collecting for a toy or clothing drive, food bank or other charitable cause, submit a photo and a caption about it here. You can even invite others to participate!  We’ll share your submissions in Captured Caring during December. We also continue to welcome non-holiday submissions as usual.

Two separate photos together. One shows three people wearing red shirts standing in front of a large red banner. They have a multi-coloured wheel that people can spin for a chance to win a prize. The second photo is below the first and there are six people in red shirts in front of a red banner for the United Way campaign. They are wearing masks and standing side-by-side looking at the camera.“On November 15, we launched Sinai Health’s United Way 2021 campaign. Leading up to the campaign, our United Way committee and ambassadors have been busy creating a theme, collaborating on banners and t-shirts and planning safe and fun events. The team has been collecting pledges and running the weekly pop-up tables at our hospitals. This committee and its ambassadors have brought enthusiasm, dedication, creativity and hard work to every aspect of this campaign, which I know will help lead it to success again this year!

If you haven’t had a chance, you can donate until December 3. Please donate and help make a difference in the lives of the most marginalized and vulnerable members of our community. Donations can be made through the United Way email link, payroll or with a paper pledge form available on the intranet and portal.”
