On Wednesday night, Circle of Care employees came together to cap off another fantastic year of making a difference in the community. Frontline employees had the chance to connect with colleagues from the head office for an evening of awards, great food and dancing in recognition of a job well done.
It was also an opportunity to shine a spotlight on a special group of employees who were awarded for going above and beyond in their roles. Nominees for Circle of Care’s recently launched reward and recognition program – Champions of Care – were celebrated, and annual winners were chosen based on their demonstration of living Sinai Health System’s six values. Cheers also went out to the PSW of the Year, the winner for excellence in Customer Service and the dedicated employees who celebrated a Years of Service milestone!
